Possible Causes

Broken NTC sensor, disconnected sensor plug, damaged harness between sensor and control board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing the rear of the oven.

  • Check sensor connection: Locate the temperature sensor at the rear of the oven cavity. Ensure its connector to the wiring harness is secure.
  • Test sensor continuity: Disconnect the sensor and measure resistance at room temperature. If the meter shows OL (open circuit), replace the sensor.
  • Inspect harness: Follow the harness from the sensor to the control board, checking for cuts, burns, or loose connectors. Repair or replace as needed.

Note: After replacing the sensor, clear the error by disconnecting power for a few minutes, then test the oven.
