How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the refrigerator before working inside.
- Locate drain: Inside the fridge or freezer, find the small drain hole at the bottom of the rear panel.
- Clear blockage: Use a soft plastic probe or pipe cleaner to gently clear debris from the hole.
- Flush with warm water: Use a syringe or turkey baster to flush warm water through the drain until it flows freely into the rear drip tray.
- Check rear drain tube: At the back of the fridge, remove and clean the rubber drain tube leading to the drip tray.
- Reassemble: Refit all parts and monitor for further leaks.
