Charging Station Alignment or Docking Error
Mower shows E07 and will not leave the charging station.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before cleaning contacts. Turn OFF the mower power switch.
- Check seating: Ensure the mower is fully backed into the charging station with both front wheels against the stops and the rear contacts firmly touching the station contacts.
- Clean contacts: Use a dry cloth or fine abrasive pad to clean oxidation from the charging contacts on both the mower and the station. Do not use water or aggressive chemicals.
- Verify station placement: The station should be on a flat, level surface with enough straight boundary wire in front as specified by Segway. Reposition if the mower struggles to dock.
- Inspect docking sensor: Some models use a Hall or IR sensor to detect docking. Check the sensor window for dirt and clean gently with a soft cloth.
- Test undocking: Reconnect power, place the mower manually in the dock, and command a start from the app or control panel. If E07 persists, the docking sensor or charging contact assembly may require replacement.
