  • Re‑add device: Remove the mower from your account in the app and perform the pairing process again, following on‑screen instructions.
  • Stable network: Make sure the mower has a stable internet connection via Wi‑Fi or cellular during pairing.
  • Contact support after board replacement: If the main board was recently replaced, Segway support may need to remotely pair the new board to your mower’s serial and cloud account.
