Possible Causes
Dull or chipped blades, Cutting height not level side‑to‑side, Bent blade disc, Excessive play in blade motor shaft
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main power, disconnect the battery, and wear gloves before handling blades.
- Inspect blades: Remove the blades or blade disc and check for dull edges, chips, or bends. Replace blades if they are not sharp and straight.
- Check cutting height setting: Verify that the height adjustment mechanism is set evenly and not jammed on one side.
- Examine blade disc: Spin the disc and look for wobble. A bent disc will cause uneven cutting and should be replaced.
- Check shaft play: Gently move the blade disc up/down and side‑to‑side. Excessive movement indicates worn motor bearings.
