Mower’s front caster or support wheel does not swivel freely, causing poor turning and scuffing.

Safety first: Turn OFF and disconnect power before lifting the mower.

• Clean caster: Remove the front caster wheel assembly and clear all wrapped grass, string, or debris from the axle.
• Check bearing: Spin the wheel by hand. If rough or stiff, replace the bearing or the entire caster assembly.
• Inspect fork: Ensure the caster fork is not bent and that it can rotate 360° freely.
• Lubricate: Apply a light, outdoor‑safe lubricant to the swivel joint if recommended by Segway.
