How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Keep the robot on the floor and dock plugged in.

  • Relocate dock: Move the dock away from direct sunlight, mirrors, and strong light sources.
  • Clean IR windows: Wipe the front of the dock and the front/top of the robot where the IR receiver is located with a soft cloth.
  • Clear area: Ensure there are no obstacles within 0.5 m of the dock sides and 1.5 m in front.
  • Test homing: Start a cleaning cycle and then press the Home button to see if the robot can locate the dock.
  • If E10 remains: The IR receiver module in the robot or the IR emitter in the dock may be defective. Component-level replacement is required.
