How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Keep the robot on the dock with stable power.

  • Restart robot: Turn the main power switch OFF (if available), wait 30 seconds, then turn it ON again.
  • Retry update: Open the AEG app and check for firmware updates. If available, perform the update again with a stable internet connection and do not interrupt power.
  • Factory reset: Perform a factory reset according to the user manual. Note that this will erase maps and settings.
  • If E14 persists: The main control PCB may be corrupted or damaged and will likely need replacement by an authorized service center.
