How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
- Clean/replace filter: Remove the filter and clean or replace it according to the manual. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling.
- Check seating: Make sure the filter is installed in the correct orientation and fully seated in its frame.
- Inspect airflow channel: Look for dust buildup around any small holes or channels near the filter that may lead to a pressure sensor. Clean gently.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the bin and start a cleaning cycle.
- If E18 persists: The airflow/pressure sensor may be defective and will need replacement on the mainboard or sensor board.
