Possible Causes

Dust bin full, Filter clogged, Air duct blocked, Suction fan motor failing

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.

  • Empty dust bin: Open the bin and dispose of all debris. Tap gently to loosen compacted dust.
  • Clean or replace filter: Remove the HEPA or foam filter from the bin. Tap it gently outdoors or replace it if heavily soiled or damaged. Do not wash non-washable filters.
  • Inspect air path: Look into the suction inlet and air channels for blockages. Remove any clogs with a soft brush.
  • Reassemble and test: Refit the filter and bin securely, then power ON and start cleaning.
  • If E8 continues: The suction fan motor may be overheating or failing and will need replacement by a service technician.
