How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and disconnect from the dock.
- Access battery: Remove the battery cover on the underside (usually secured with screws).
- Check connections: Ensure the battery plug is firmly seated in the connector. Look for corrosion or discoloration.
- Inspect battery: If the pack appears swollen, damaged, or leaking, do not reuse it. Replace immediately with an AEG-compatible battery pack.
- Reset protection: With the battery disconnected, press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds to discharge residual power, then reconnect the battery.
- If E9 persists: The Li-ion battery pack or the battery management circuit on the mainboard may be faulty. Try a new battery first; if unresolved, mainboard service is required.
