Possible Causes
Battery fully discharged, Faulty power button, Loose internal battery connector, Failed main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Inspect the robot for signs of damage or liquid exposure before charging.
- Force charge: Place the robot on the charging dock and ensure the dock is powered. Leave it for at least 3–4 hours even if no lights appear.
- Try main power switch: If your AEG model has a main power switch on the side or bottom, toggle it OFF then ON.
- Check battery connection: Remove the battery cover and verify the battery connector is firmly plugged in.
- Test outlet and adapter: Confirm the dock’s power adapter works by trying another outlet or adapter with the same rating.
- If still dead: The main control PCB or battery pack is likely faulty. Replace the battery first; if no change, mainboard replacement is required by a technician.
