Robot vacuum does not return to the charging dock and stops in the middle of the room with low battery.

Safety: Keep the dock plugged in.

• Reposition dock: Place the dock against a straight wall with clear space around it (0.5 m sides, 1.5 m front).
• Clean IR windows: Wipe the front of the dock and robot with a soft cloth.
• Remap home: Delete existing maps in the app and perform a full mapping run so the robot can learn the dock location again.
• Test homing: Start a short clean and press Home to see if it returns.
• If it still fails: The IR receiver module or navigation system may need service.
