Possible Causes
Clogged filter, Worn main brush, Side brushes missing or damaged, Low suction due to fan wear
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
- Empty bin and clean filter: Empty the bin and clean or replace the filter as specified in the manual.
- Inspect main brush: Check for worn or missing bristles and heavy hair buildup. Replace the main brush if worn.
- Check side brushes: Ensure both side brushes are installed, not bent excessively, and spinning freely. Replace if damaged.
- Test suction: With the robot running, feel for airflow at the exhaust. Weak airflow after cleaning may indicate a failing suction fan motor that needs replacement.
