Possible Causes

Worn button contacts, Moisture ingress into keypad, Disconnected keypad ribbon cable, Faulty keypad PCB

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.

App control test: Confirm that all functions work via the app to isolate the issue to the keypad.
Drying: If the robot was recently exposed to moisture, allow it to dry in a warm, dry place for 24 hours (do not use external heat sources).
Reset: Perform a soft reset via the app if available.
If buttons remain unresponsive: The keypad / control panel PCB or its ribbon cable likely needs replacement, which requires opening the top cover.
