Robot vacuum shows E7 and stops; often occurs when the unit is lifted or stuck under furniture.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it from any obstruction.

• 1. Relocate the robot: Move the robot to an open, flat area away from cables, thresholds, and furniture skirts.
• 2. Inspect front caster wheel: Flip the robot over and spin the front caster wheel. Remove hair or debris wrapped around the axle. Ensure the caster can swivel freely.
• 3. Check for body damage: Look for bent plastic or deformed bumpers that might cause the robot to sit unevenly.
• 4. Restart cleaning: Power ON the robot and start a cleaning cycle. If E7 appears immediately, the internal tilt or stuck detection may be malfunctioning.
• 5. Advanced diagnosis: Persistent E7 on level ground can indicate a faulty tilt sensor or miscalibrated cliff sensors. These components are mounted on the main PCB or sensor board and may require replacement by a technician.
