Reduced Suction and Agitation Efficiency
Robot vacuum leaves visible dust and debris on the floor; cleaning performance is poor even though it runs normally.

Possible Causes
Clogged filters, Worn main brush bristles, Dust bin full or not sealing, Air leaks in suction path
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning components.
- 1. Empty dust bin: Remove and empty the dust bin after every cleaning cycle or when it is half full.
- 2. Clean or replace filters: Tap the primary and HEPA filters to remove dust. Replace filters according to the manual (typically every 2–6 months depending on use).
- 3. Inspect main brush: If bristles are worn down, bent, or missing, replace the main brush with a compatible Amazon Basics brush.
- 4. Check bin seal and gaskets: Inspect the rubber seals around the dust bin and suction inlet. If torn or deformed, replace the bin or gasket to restore suction.
- 5. Verify suction: With the robot running, feel for airflow at the exhaust. Weak airflow after cleaning suggests the suction motor or internal ducts may be partially blocked and need deeper inspection.
