How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.
- 1. Update firmware: Use the app to check for and install any firmware updates.
- 2. Inspect battery connection: Open the bottom cover and ensure the battery plug is firmly connected and not moving.
- 3. Check for overheating: Clean vents and internal dust to improve cooling. Ensure the robot is not used in very hot environments.
- 4. Replace battery if old: If the battery is more than 2–3 years old, replace it with a compatible pack.
- 5. Persistent random reboots: Suggest a failing main control board, which should be replaced by a technician.
