Robot vacuum's front caster wheel does not rotate freely, causing drag marks and navigation issues.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over on a soft surface.

• 1. Remove caster wheel: Pull the front caster straight up to remove it from its socket (some models may require a small tool to pry it out).
• 2. Clean axle and socket: Remove hair and debris from the caster axle and inside the socket. Use tweezers if necessary.
• 3. Check rotation: Spin the caster wheel by hand. If it feels rough or sticks, replace the front caster wheel assembly.
• 4. Reinstall caster: Push the caster back into the socket until it clicks and rotates freely.
