Possible Causes
Power button physically stuck, Spilled liquid causing button contamination, Faulty button switch on control panel, Damaged top control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is off and disconnected from the dock.
- Inspect button travel: Press the power button several times. It should move freely and click distinctly.
- Clean around button: Use a slightly damp cloth to clean around the button area. Do not allow liquid to enter the unit.
- Try app control: If the robot responds to app commands but not the physical button, the button switch is likely faulty.
- If E20 persists: The top control panel or button PCB may need replacement. Install a new top control panel assembly.
