Possible Causes
Battery completely discharged, Faulty power switch, Failed main control board, Open battery fuse or broken battery connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the dock is plugged into a working outlet.
- Check dock and outlet: Verify the dock indicator light is on and test the outlet with another device.
- Force charge: Place the robot on the dock and leave it for at least 30–60 minutes, even if no lights appear initially.
- Try hard reset: If the model has a physical power switch on the side or bottom, turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Inspect battery connection: If accessible, remove the battery cover and ensure the battery connector is firmly plugged into the robot.
- If still no response: Either the battery pack or main control board has failed. Replace the battery pack first; if the robot remains dead, the main control board will need replacement.
