Possible Causes
Worn main brush bristles, Main brush not seated correctly, Damaged brush guard or seal, Gap between brush and floor due to worn wheels
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and place it upside down.
- Inspect main brush: Check for worn, flattened, or missing bristles. Replace the main brush if worn.
- Check brush seating: Ensure the brush is fully inserted into its drive socket and the opposite end is properly supported.
- Inspect brush guard: Make sure the brush guard clicks into place and its rubber lips are intact to help channel debris.
- Check wheel height: If wheels are excessively worn or loose, the robot may ride too high. Replace worn drive wheel modules as needed.
