Possible Causes

Dust bin full or clogged, Dirty or saturated HEPA filter, Blocked suction inlet, Partially obstructed suction motor fan

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove it from the dock before cleaning.

  • Empty dust bin: Remove and empty the bin completely. Tap it gently to dislodge compacted dust.
  • Clean or replace filters: Remove pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap off dust outdoors. If washable, rinse with water and let dry fully before reinstalling. Replace filters if heavily soiled or damaged.
  • Check suction path: Inspect the suction inlet and channels in the bin for clogs and clear them.
  • Inspect brush: A clogged main brush can reduce pickup. Clean hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
  • If suction remains weak: The suction motor or fan may be worn or partially blocked internally. Replace the suction motor assembly.
