Reduced Suction / Airflow Restriction
Robot vacuum leaves visible debris on floors; suction seems weak even though it runs normally.

Possible Causes
Dust bin full or clogged, Dirty or saturated HEPA filter, Blocked suction inlet, Partially obstructed suction motor fan
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove it from the dock before cleaning.
- Empty dust bin: Remove and empty the bin completely. Tap it gently to dislodge compacted dust.
- Clean or replace filters: Remove pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap off dust outdoors. If washable, rinse with water and let dry fully before reinstalling. Replace filters if heavily soiled or damaged.
- Check suction path: Inspect the suction inlet and channels in the bin for clogs and clear them.
- Inspect brush: A clogged main brush can reduce pickup. Clean hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
- If suction remains weak: The suction motor or fan may be worn or partially blocked internally. Replace the suction motor assembly.
