Possible Causes

Safety first: Turn off the robot and flip it over.

Spin wheels by hand: Both wheels should rotate with similar resistance. If one is stiff, inspect for debris and clean the wheel well.
Check for hair: Remove hair wrapped around wheel axles using tweezers.
Test on hard floor: Run the robot on a smooth surface and observe its path.
If circling continues: The affected wheel's encoder or motor may be faulty. Replace the left or right drive wheel module.
