Robot vacuum's front caster wheel does not swivel freely, causing dragging or poor turning.

Safety first: Turn off the robot and flip it over.

• Remove caster: Pull the front caster wheel straight up to remove it from its socket.
• Clean axle: Remove hair and debris from the caster shaft and socket using tweezers.
• Check rotation: Spin the caster; it should rotate smoothly. If it feels rough or wobbly, replace the front caster wheel assembly.
• Reinstall: Push the caster back into its socket until it clicks.
