Safety first: Turn off the robot.

• Check brush attachment: Ensure the side brush is firmly attached and the retaining screw is tight.
• Inspect hub: Remove the brush and check for a rounded or cracked hub. Replace the side brush if damaged.
• Test motor: With the robot on and running a cleaning cycle, observe whether the motor shaft turns without the brush installed (keep fingers clear).
• If shaft does not turn or is weak: Replace the side brush motor module.
