Robot vacuum reports E03 and will not move; may beep repeatedly when trying to start.

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and flip it upside down on a soft surface to avoid scratching the top cover.

• 1. Inspect both drive wheels: Rotate each wheel by hand. They should turn smoothly with some resistance from the gearbox. If a wheel is jammed or feels gritty, look for hair, threads, or debris wrapped around the axle.
• 2. Remove debris: Use tweezers or small scissors to carefully cut and pull away hair and fibers from the wheel hubs and axles. Avoid cutting any rubber tire or plastic parts.
• 3. Check wheel travel: Press each wheel up and down. It should spring back freely. If it sticks, clean the wheel well and suspension area with a soft brush.
• 4. Test without load: With the robot still upside down, power it on and start a cleaning cycle. Observe if both wheels spin. If one wheel does not move or makes grinding noises, the motor or gearbox may be damaged.
• 5. Reseat wheel motor connectors: If you are comfortable opening the unit, remove the bottom cover and locate the left and right drive motor connectors on the main PCB. Unplug and replug them to ensure a solid connection.
• 6. Replace faulty drive module: If a wheel still fails to turn or E03 persists, replace the affected Electrolux drive wheel motor assembly (left or right) as a complete module.
