Robot vacuum displays E05 and stops; main brush does not spin during cleaning.

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock. Avoid touching the brush while the robot is powered.

• 1. Remove the main brush: Unlock the brush cover latch on the underside and lift off the cover. Pull out the main brush roller.
• 2. Clean the brush thoroughly: Use the supplied cleaning tool or scissors to cut away hair and threads from the bristles and ends. Pay special attention to the brush end caps.
• 3. Clean brush bearings: Remove the end caps (if removable) and clear any debris from the bearing area. Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not apply oil or grease unless specified by Electrolux.
• 4. Inspect the brush cavity: Check the brush housing and drive slot for compacted dust or foreign objects. Vacuum or brush out any buildup.
• 5. Test the brush motor: With the brush removed, power on the robot and start a cleaning cycle. Look into the brush drive slot to see if the motor spindle turns freely. If it does not move or makes grinding noises, the motor or gearbox is likely damaged.
• 6. Reinstall or replace parts: If the motor spins normally, reinstall the cleaned brush and cover, ensuring correct orientation. If the motor does not spin or E05 persists, replace the Electrolux main brush motor module or the complete main brush assembly as specified for your model.
