Robot vacuum does not power on at all; no lights, no sounds, even when placed on the dock.

Safety first: Unplug the dock before inspecting it. Do not open the dock’s power supply if you are not trained.

• 1. Check outlet and dock: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm power. Verify the dock’s LED is on. Try a different outlet if needed.
• 2. Inspect charging contacts: Clean the robot and dock contacts with a dry cloth. Ensure the robot sits flush on the dock.
• 3. Try forced wake: Hold the robot’s power button for 15–20 seconds. If there is a main power switch, toggle it off and on.
• 4. Leave on dock: Leave the robot on the dock for at least 3–4 hours. Some deeply discharged batteries need time before indicators light up.
• 5. Battery replacement: If the robot remains unresponsive, replace the Electrolux battery pack with the correct model and test again.
• 6. If still dead: The main PCB, internal fuse, or dock power supply may have failed. Professional service and board-level replacement are recommended.
