Robot vacuum frequently gets stuck on rugs, thresholds, or cables.

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF before freeing it from obstacles.

• 1. Prepare the environment: Remove loose cables, small toys, and rugs with long fringes from the cleaning area.
• 2. Inspect drive wheels: Check the rubber treads for wear or smooth spots. Clean any debris from the wheel wells.
• 3. Clean underside: Remove accumulated dust from the underside, especially around the front caster and brush housing, to maintain ground clearance.
• 4. Adjust placement of rugs: Secure rug edges with tape or remove very thick rugs that exceed the robot’s climbing capability.
• 5. Replace worn wheels: If the robot struggles to climb thresholds it previously handled, replace the Electrolux drive wheel assemblies.
