Possible Causes
Clogged filters, Blocked suction inlet, Worn main brush bristles, Suction motor running at reduced speed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dustbin before cleaning.
- 1. Empty dustbin: Ensure the dustbin is emptied before each cleaning cycle.
- 2. Clean or replace filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Clean or replace them according to Electrolux guidelines. Clogged filters drastically reduce suction.
- 3. Inspect suction path: Check the suction opening and internal channels for blockages. Remove any lodged debris.
- 4. Check main brush condition: Inspect the main brush for worn or missing bristles. Replace the Electrolux main brush if it is heavily worn.
- 5. Test suction strength: With the dustbin installed, place your hand near the suction inlet while the robot is running to feel airflow. Weak airflow after cleaning may indicate a failing suction motor.
- 6. Replace suction motor if needed: If suction remains weak, replace the Electrolux suction motor assembly.
