Robot vacuum powers on but will not start cleaning; start button or app command is ignored.

Safety first: Ensure the robot is on a flat surface and not near stairs.

• 1. Confirm dustbin installation: Remove and firmly reinstall the dustbin until it clicks.
• 2. Check app settings: Open the Electrolux app and verify that any child lock or key lock features are disabled.
• 3. Place on floor: Remove the robot from the dock and place it on a level floor. Avoid holding it in the air when pressing Start.
• 4. Try hardware buttons: Attempt to start cleaning using the physical Start/Clean button on the robot instead of the app.
• 5. Reboot: Turn the robot off and back on, or perform a soft reset as described in the manual.
• 6. If still unresponsive: The button PCB or main control board may be faulty. Inspect and, if necessary, replace the Electrolux user interface/button board.
