How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot.
- Soft reset: Perform a soft reset or reboot using the app or button combination recommended by Eureka.
- Firmware update: Connect the robot to Wi‑Fi and check for firmware updates in the Eureka app. Apply any available updates.
- Reconfigure schedules: After update, re‑enter time and schedule settings.
- If E17 continues: The Main Control Board RTC or memory may be failing. Board replacement is usually required and should be done by a service center.
