How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the dock and power outlet are safe and dry.
- Force charge: Place the robot on the dock and leave it for at least 3–4 hours. Check that charging indicators light up.
- Check outlet and adapter: Verify the dock's power adapter is working by testing another device or outlet.
- Try manual power: Remove the robot from the dock and press and hold the power/Clean button for 5–10 seconds.
- If still dead: The Battery Pack may be defective or the Main Control Board may have failed. Replace the battery first; if no change, professional board diagnosis is required.
