How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove it from the dock.
- Inspect brushes: Remove the main brush and side brush. Check for wear, missing bristles, or deformation. Replace with genuine Eureka Main Brush and Side Brush if worn.
- Clean filters: Remove and clean or replace the primary and HEPA filters according to the manual.
- Check suction path: Inspect the dust bin inlet and internal suction channel for partial clogs and remove debris.
- Adjust cleaning mode: In the app, select a higher suction or deep clean mode for carpets.
