Safety first: Turn off the robot.

Clean wheels and floor: Wipe drive wheels with a damp cloth to remove dust and oils. Clean the floor area as well.
Inspect treads: If the rubber treads are worn smooth or cracked, replace the Drive Wheel Motor Assemblies.
Adjust environment: Avoid very steep transitions or extremely smooth, waxed floors where traction is poor.
