Robot vacuum with mopping function reports a water tank error; it refuses to start mopping or shows E14.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank.

• Reinstall tank: Fill the water tank as recommended and slide it firmly into place until it clicks.
• Inspect tank interface: Check for broken plastic tabs or missing magnets on the water tank that align with the robot's sensor.
• Clean contacts: If your model uses electrical contacts for the water pump, clean them with a dry cloth.
• Test without mop pad: Try starting a mopping cycle with the tank installed but without the mop pad to see if the detection error clears.
• Advanced repair: Access the Water Tank Sensor Board / Microswitch inside the robot and verify the connector. Replace the sensor board if it does not detect a known-good tank.
