Possible Causes
Water tank empty or air-locked, Water outlet clogged with scale or debris, Water pump motor failed, Pump wiring loose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank.
- Check water level: Fill the tank with clean water only. Do not use detergents unless Honiture explicitly allows it.
- Bleed air: Gently tap the tank and tilt it to release trapped air bubbles from the pump inlet.
- Clean outlets: Inspect the water outlet holes and mop pad plate for clogs. Use a pin or soft brush to clear any buildup.
- Test pump sound: Reinstall the tank, turn the robot ON, and start a mopping cycle. Listen for a faint buzzing from the water pump. If there is no sound, the Water Pump Motor may be faulty.
- Advanced replacement: Open the robot, locate the pump (usually near the rear with silicone hoses), disconnect the hoses and wiring, and install a new Water Pump Assembly compatible with your Honiture model.
