Possible Causes
Filters heavily clogged, Air ducts partially blocked, Fan bearings worn causing drag, Fan motor windings damaged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
- Clean or replace filters: Thoroughly clean the primary and HEPA filters. If they are older than recommended by Honiture, replace them.
- Inspect ducts: Check the suction path from the floor inlet to the fan housing for partial blockages.
- Allow cooling: Let the robot rest for at least 30 minutes before restarting to clear any thermal protection.
- Test again: If E17 returns quickly with clean filters, the Vacuum Fan Motor is likely overheating internally and should be replaced.
