How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.
- Clean sensor window: If your Honiture model has a small front-facing distance sensor window, wipe it gently with a microfiber cloth.
- Check alignment: Inspect the front shell for deformation that could tilt the sensor.
- Advanced repair: Remove the front cover to access the Front ToF Sensor Board. Ensure the connector is secure. Replace the board if cleaning and reseating do not resolve the error.
