Possible Causes

Suction inlet or air duct blocked, Dust bin not seated correctly, Fan motor clogged with dust, Fan motor burned out or bearings seized

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Power OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.

  • Empty and clean dust bin: Open the dust bin and empty all debris. Clean the internal channels and mesh with a soft brush.
  • Check air path: Inspect the suction inlet on the bottom of the robot and the duct leading to the dust bin for blockages (paper, toys, large debris). Remove any obstructions.
  • Clean filters: Remove the primary filter and HEPA filter from the dust bin. Tap them gently over a trash can to remove dust. If washable (check Honiture manual), rinse with water and allow to dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
  • Test suction: Reinstall the dry filters and dust bin. Turn the robot ON and start a cleaning cycle. Place your hand over the exhaust to feel for airflow. If there is no suction and E6 persists, the Vacuum Fan Motor is likely faulty.
  • Advanced replacement: Open the top cover, locate the fan housing behind the dust bin compartment, disconnect the fan motor connector from the main PCB, and replace the Vacuum Fan Assembly with a compatible Honiture part.
