Possible Causes

Start button membrane switch failed, Child lock or key lock enabled in app, Firmware glitch, Main PCB input circuit fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No internal work is needed initially.

  • Check app settings: Open the Honiture app and verify that any child lock or key lock feature is disabled.
  • Try app control: Attempt to start cleaning from the app. If the robot responds to the app but not the physical button, the Top Control Panel / Button Board may be faulty.
  • Reboot robot: Turn the main power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then ON, and try again.
  • Advanced repair: Open the top cover to access the button board. Check the ribbon cable connection to the main PCB. Replace the Button / Keypad Board if the physical buttons do not register.
