How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is removed from the dock before opening.
- Check main switch: Locate the physical power switch (usually on the side or bottom) and ensure it is in the ON position.
- Charge on dock: Place the robot on the dock and leave it for at least 30 minutes. Look for any sign of charging (LEDs, sounds).
- Inspect battery connection: Remove the bottom cover and verify that the battery connector is firmly plugged into the main PCB.
- Test with new battery: If there is still no response, install a known-good Battery Pack. If the robot remains dead, the Main Control Board is likely faulty and must be replaced.
