How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.
- Remove caster: Pull the front caster wheel assembly straight up to remove it from the socket.
- Clean thoroughly: Remove hair and debris from the wheel axle and socket. Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Check wheel condition: Spin the wheel by hand. If it wobbles, binds, or has a flat spot, replace the Front Caster Wheel Assembly.
- Reinstall: Push the caster back into the socket until it clicks and spins freely.
