How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the robot from the dock and turn OFF the main power switch.
- Step 1 – Hard reset: Leave the robot powered OFF for 5 minutes, then turn it back ON and try again.
- Step 2 – Check internal cables: Open the top cover and inspect all ribbon cables and connectors between the mainboard, display board, and sensor boards. Reseat them carefully.
- Step 3 – Firmware recovery (if supported): Use the Medion app or PC tool to attempt a firmware reflash following official instructions.
- Step 4 – Replace mainboard: If E15 persists and the robot will not boot properly, the main control board is likely defective and must be replaced.
