Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before removing the dustbin.

• Step 1 – Clean bin and sensors: Remove the dustbin, empty it, and clean any sensor windows or reflective surfaces inside the bin and bin slot.
• Step 2 – Check fit: Reinsert the bin firmly until it clicks. Ensure no foreign objects prevent full insertion.
• Step 3 – Inspect switch: Look for a small switch or lever inside the bin compartment. Press it gently to confirm it moves freely.
• Step 4 – Replace bin or sensor: If the problem persists, replace the Medion dustbin assembly or the bin detection sensor/switch on the robot body.
