• Step 2 – Inspect wheels: Check the drive wheels and front caster for hair and debris. Clean thoroughly and ensure they rotate freely.
• Step 3 – Check wheel tread: If the rubber on the Medion drive wheels is worn smooth, replace the wheel modules or tires to restore traction.
• Step 4 – Battery health: Ensure the battery is in good condition; weak power can reduce climbing ability. Replace the battery if runtime is short.
• Step 5 – Adjust environment: Use threshold ramps or block off areas with very high transitions that exceed the robot’s design.
