Possible Causes

Cracked Medion water tank, Damaged or missing tank seal, Faulty water outlet valve, Mop pad holder not installed correctly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank immediately. Do not allow water to enter the robot’s electronics.

  • Step 1 – Inspect tank: Fill the tank over a sink and observe for leaks from seams or the outlet. Check seals and gaskets for damage.
  • Step 2 – Check valve: Ensure the outlet valve or drip regulator is not stuck open. Clean any debris around the valve.
  • Step 3 – Mop pad installation: Confirm the mop pad and holder are correctly attached; misalignment can cause excess dripping.
  • Step 4 – Replace tank: If the tank body is cracked or the valve does not seal, replace the Medion mop water tank assembly.
  • Step 5 – Dry robot: If water entered the robot, open the housing, disconnect the battery, and allow all components to dry completely for at least 24–48 hours before reassembly.
