Possible Causes

Clogged filter, Worn main brush bristles, Blocked suction channel, Suction motor partially failing

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dustbin before cleaning.

  • Step 1 – Empty and clean dustbin: Empty the Medion dustbin and wipe it clean. Ensure the bin lid seals properly.
  • Step 2 – Clean or replace filter: Remove the HEPA/foam filter, tap out dust, and replace it if it is heavily clogged or damaged. Use only Medion-compatible filters.
  • Step 3 – Inspect main brush: Check the main brush for worn or missing bristles. Clean hair and debris thoroughly. Replace the brush if bristles are flattened or missing.
  • Step 4 – Check suction inlet: Look into the suction opening for blockages and remove any obstructions.
  • Step 5 – Test suction: Run the robot and feel for airflow at the exhaust. If airflow is weak despite a clean system, the suction motor may need replacement.
