Possible Causes

Clogged water outlets on tank, Airlock in water tank, Partially blocked filter in tank, Worn mop pad

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the water tank and mop pad with the robot turned OFF.

  • Step 1 – Clean outlets: Rinse the Medion water tank under running water and gently clean the outlet holes with a soft brush or toothpick.
  • Step 2 – Remove airlock: Fill the tank fully, then gently shake it to release trapped air bubbles. Reinstall and test.
  • Step 3 – Check internal filter: If your tank has a small internal filter, remove and rinse it to clear blockages.
  • Step 4 – Replace mop pad: Install a clean, original Medion mop pad. Worn or clogged pads distribute water poorly.
